Reduction Plant Management System (iRPMS) is a web application deployed over plant-wide intranet for online data acquisition, data processing, controlling, archiving, reporting and management of efficient pot-room and Carbon operations in Smelter. iRPMS provides a holistic view of each pot across its life cycle apart from pot group level aggregated KPIs by means of various reports.

Reduction iPOTS application is a supervisory monitoring system for Potlines which provides up-to-date instantaneous information and an overall view of all the Pots in a Potline. iPOTS also monitors and controls the condition of pots in the Potline by setting or changing the various parameters such as feed, lockouts, Temporary Resistance Set Point (TRSP) and so on.

EMAL Plant Manufacturing System (EPMS) is an Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application that is available in  EGA’s Al Taweelah’s Aluminium Smelter (ATS) located in the UAE. It caters to the plant operations such as Raw Material Reception, Storage, Distribution, Anode Manufacturing processes, Activities in Potroom Services, Energy Generation and Distribution, Hot Metal Reception in HMC, Batching (Associated to Production Order),  Casting, Bundling and Dispatch to Port.

EPMS Carbon is a part of the EPMS Suite of applications and is used for data collection , data processing, reporting and archiving for the day to day activities happens at the ATS Carbon plant. This also helps manage Inventory, track plant availability and develop and issue periodic reports (Shift / Daily / Weekly / Monthly). It is interfaced with several others systems within the Plant Area and also with ERP systems.
