Paul Barbosa is the Chief Revenue Officer of Veracode, responsible for leading the company’s global go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth. His leadership philosophy, “Brilliant in the Basics,” centers on setting high standards, mastering the fundamentals, and following through with discipline – principles he sees as essential for turning strategy into sustained growth.

Paul brings more than 25 years of go-to-market experience in cybersecurity. Before joining Veracode, he served as General Manager of Cloud Security at Check Point Software, where he led the business unit’s shift toward AI-powered prevention across product strategy and go-to-market. Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer of Skyhigh Security, he led the spinout of Skyhigh’s SASE business from McAfee into an independent global company. He has also held senior sales leadership roles at Cloudflare and Cisco.

Earlier in his career, Paul served as acting Chief Security Architect for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, following eight years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
