Vivian Vitale has more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in the high-technology sector, with emphasis on attracting and developing talent to help support the company's future growth. Prior to Veracode, Vivian was SVP of Human Resources for Care.com, an online resource for child care, elder care and related services. Vivian was also a part of the senior leadership team of Unica, a global marketing analytics company that was acquired by IBM in 2010. Vitale formerly served as senior vice president of human resources for RSA Security, now known as RSA, the Security Division of EMC. While at RSA, she played a key role in supporting the growth of the company from 150 to 1,500 employees (in more than 70 worldwide locations); concurrently, the company's revenue increased from $76 million to more than $400 million at the time of its acquisition by EMC. Previously, Vitale held executive positions at New England Business Systems (NEBS) and Prime Computer/Computervision. She also served as a part-time faculty member at Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
