Goldfinger is an accomplished CFO and brings with him extensive experience in financing and growing successful technology companies. Most recently Goldfinger was the CFO for Boston-based Zipcar, which he helped to take public in 2011 before it was ultimately acquired in March 2013.
Veracode, which delivers software and services to secure the world's software, including mobile, web and enterprise applications, achieved 78 percent year-over-year revenue growth in 2012.
