Brandon Creighton, Senior Security Researcher

Brandon Creighton has been involved in building and breaking complex systems for over a decade. He worked on the OpenBSD project (primarily in-kernel code) from 1999 through 2002. In 2003, he was the first to publish an annotated disassembly of the SQL Slammer worm. At Veracode, he helps to analyze the security landscape of application contexts in order to improve Veracode results. He also spent over a year as a developer working on Veracode's static analysis technology.

Before joining Veracode, Mr. Creighton was an engineer working on the internals of Verisign's managed security services network. He worked on extremely high-performance log-storage and centralized-management solutions for a wide array of security devices.
