Mike is Gordon McKay Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and the Associate Dean for Computer Science and Engineering in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. He holds numerous patents and has published widely referenced papers in the areas of runtime binary modification, machine-specific compilation, high-performance computer architecture, and practical applications of computer security. He is also Chief Scientist and co-founder of Liquid Machines, Inc., a provider of unique solutions for enterprise rights management. He is a member of the IEEE and ACM professional societies, and holds degrees from Stanford University, WPI, and Princeton University.
