As senior vice president and general manager, global services and EPM, Mark Doll is focused on expanding the global services organization at Business Objects and developing BI solutions that address organizations' unique vertical market and business challenges. Doll is based in San Jose, California, reporting to John Schwarz, chief executive officer of Business Objects.

Doll brings to Business Objects over 20 years of experience in consulting and professional services management. Most recently, Doll served as a partner at Ernst & Young where he acted in a number of key leadership roles, including managing partner of the Security and Technology Solutions group. In this position, Doll managed a 200-person practice and all security projects, including security assessments, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He was also a leader in the Ernst & Young High Growth Practice, which worked with CEOs, venture capitalists, and management teams to deliver global solutions to organizations growing at a rapid pace.
