I agree, it&#039;s not something that most people want to deal with. However, as you&#039;ve noted, those who work with reversing tools tend to become stronger programmers.

That&#039;s one reason that you need the best security software you can get, preferably based on binary analysis as well.

		<description>Software is becoming more and more complex and at the base level its all assembler and machine code. In my opinion my experience in using and writing reversing tools has made me a better programmer in general. 

While it would be a good skill to have, I doubt we will see &#039;reverse engineering&#039; as a typical computer science course anytime soon.</description>
