Gary Vilchick
Chief Financial Officer

Gary Vilchick, chief financial officer for Veracode, is responsible for the company’s finance and administrative functions, and for advancing corporate development activities. With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Mr. Vilchick brings significant corporate development and financial experience to Veracode.

Most recently, Mr. Vilchick was CFO of SupplyScape, where he was responsible for all of their financing activity, including successfully closing two rounds of venture funding. Previously, as CFO of Endeca, he played a key role in building the company into one of country's fastest growing venture-backed technology organizations. Earlier, as CFO at Spyglass, the original Internet browser technology and one of the earliest publicly traded Internet companies, Mr. Vilchick managed the $1.2 billion acquisition of the company by Open TV. Mr. Vilchick also held several financial management positions at Pitney Bowes, including VP of finance for a $300M software division.

Mr. Vilchick holds a degree from the University of Rhode Island in Finance & Accounting and is a certified public accountant.
